Then when I finally got through on the phone, they admitted it was an error and there had been internal billing problems during their transitional period to ICE, and told me it wouldnt happen again, (they promised me they no longer had my bank details on file so the mistake couldnt happen twice) only for them to do it again the next month, so obviously they did still have the details on file, when they shouldnt have. I have Just been online chat again now for over 20 mins, I was allegedly number 2 in the queue only to get cut off after 20 mins of waiting, totally frustrating, Had several issues with them lately, Firstly they took money from my bank account when they shouldnt have. Poor Been with Esignal for over 10 years, Used to be such a great company, its a shame to watch it being destroyed by incompetence and really poor customer service (thats if your lucky enough to actually get through to them in the first place ).
